DAY 1 : ARRIVAL IN ROVANIEMI

Arrival at Rovaniemi airport and private transfer to the city hotel
We have the evening at leisure.
(Optionally, we could arrange a private transfer to Rovaniemi Santa Claus to visit
Santa Claus in his home cavern and cross the Arctic Circle

DAY 2 : ICEBREAKER CRUISE & ARCTIC SEAFLOATING IN SWEDISH LAPLAND

Breakfast.
SIC transfer to Swedish Lapland.
Lunch onboard (included)
Embark on an Ice breaker tour which takes us to the Arctic sea waters and discover the frozen waters
of the Bothnian Bay in Swedish Lapland, where we get to witness the massive ice-breaking power of
the vessel
We will also get to tick off another bucket list experience of Ice floating in the frozen Bothnian sea,
floating in zero gravity in the frozen waters near the Arctic Circle. We will not be cold as we will be
protected in our high-quality floating dry suit designed for the arctic waters. We will also have our
own clothing under the suit, it will not get chilly even in the open 0-degree water.
Return transfer to the accommodation around 19:50

DAY 3 : TROMSO & AURORA HUNT

Breakfast and checkout.
Private transfer to Rovaniemi airport for onward departure to Tromso.
On arrival in Tromsø, we have a private transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Check-in to city hotel
We could visit Polaria, the world's most northerly aquarium (optional add on)
In the evening, join our expert guides for a Northern Lights chase as we drive away from the city center
to escape the light pollution and find clear skies. The guides also help us take portrait photos. Once
we find clear skies, we will serve hot drinks along with biscuits as we wait for the Northern Lights to
occur. We will also have a light campfire-style dinner over an open fire during the excursion.
Return to the accommodation.

DAY 4 :SNOW MOBILE EXPEDITION IN LYNGEN FJORDS

Breakfast
Today we get to explore the majestic Lyngen Alps with a local guide on a panoramic Snowmobile
Safari where we will see nature at its very best. The area of the Lyngen Alps offers some of the most
beautiful scenery in Northern Norway. It is a big wilderness playground where we follow some
approved and well-established trails. We have a transfer by bus and ferry to the Lyngenfjord to the
safari point. We make several stops on the way. The actual snowmobile tour lasts 60 to 90 minutes and
focuses on sightseeing, playing in the snow, taking photos, and enjoying the fascinating surroundings
of mountains, forests, and fjords. Back at the camp, we will be served warm soup and refreshments

DAY 5: NORTH BOUND

Breakfast and checkout.
In the morning, we have time at leisure to explore the Tromso highlights such as Tromsø Domkirke
cathedral, the Bridge, Fjellheisen aerial tramway, the city harbor area, etc. (independent tour)
In the evening, we board the Havila cruise, one of the most eco-friendly cruises in the world with the
world’s largest battery pack to enable zero-emission sailing in fjords.
On the northbound voyage from Tromso to Kirkenes, we will pass through some of the world’s most
beautiful fjords, and sail around the North Cape plateau, at the very top of Europe under the Polar sky
and with a little luck the most amazing Northern lights. The ferry is designed for optimal Northern Light
gazing from the cozy deck.
A grand buffet dinner is served while on the ship.

DAY 6 : MAGERØYA SLAND ATV WINTER SAFARI

Breakfast on the cruise.
Our cruise passes through Honningsvåg where we embark on a thrilling expedition on ATV through
the Arctic landscape on Magerøya, a peninsula that juts out into the Arctic Ocean, home to North
Cape, the northernmost point of Continental Europe. We drive to the top of the so-called NATO
mountain, which is named after the Norwegian Air Force's radar station which was located here and
which was also part of NATO's radar system.
On the way up and down from the mountain you get expansive views of mountains, plains, fjords and
the sea, and there are many photo stops on the way. It is dark in the middle of winter, and there is no
sun to be seen even if the ATV safari is in the middle of the day. It creates a magical atmosphere in
the scenery where houses and street lighting form warm bright spots around the landscape.
Throughout the spring, the light increases with each passing day, and the landscape turns a sparkling
white against the blue sea and blue fjord.

DAY7 : INARI-SAMI HOMELAND

Breakfast and Check out
On arrival at Kirkenes, we have a shuttle transfer to Inari.
Check-in to Wilderness Hotel Inari
We have the evening at leisure to explore the Inari village. Authentic handicrafts, artisan shops, a genuine
small-village feel, and astonishing surrounding nature make Inari a bucket list Lappish destination. The village
of Inari is the heart of the Sámi culture in Finland.
Check-in to our lakeside boutique resort, one of the best places to gaze at Northern lights without light
pollution while walking on the frozen lake.

DAY 8: SNOWSHOEING

Breakfast
During the day, we will embark on a guided scenic snowshoeing tour and enjoy amazing panoramic
views of the Lappish winter in the Fell landscape. We can admire the impressive frozen lake with their
snow-draped forests rolling out like a white blanket before us.

DAY 9: DEPARTURE

Breakfast & checkout.
Private transfer to Ivalo Airport for onward departure.
